Homemade whole wheat pizza dough (bread machine) with prosciutto, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic

- no sauce! It needed more red peppers to balance out the saltiness of the prosciutto for sure. My honey made a calzone, too, with roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, cheese, sauce, fresh tomatoes. It was super yummeh. We ate salads, too! He also made a tiny pizza for the cat, who actually ate it. Hilarious! We watched "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?" and it was very good of course. The cat did not have a salad. I love doing homemade pizza. These turned out very well.

That pizza looks so yummie. But aren't black cats hard to photograph?
So are white cats. The white one I have is usually overexposed and the black on you hardly see, except her eyes.

Yob, I used to have a black one and a white one. It was pretty hard to get them together in the first place, but for a photo? ehhhhhhhhhhh. =]
